Patient Centered, Evidenced Based, Individualized OT

"I received the absolute best care and treatment of the pain I was experiencing on both my shoulders by Ivyrose Gonzales, Occupational Therapist, at Independent Living Therapy Services, LLC. She not only helped to alleviate the pain on my shoulders, but actually remove the pain altogether by teaching and educating me on the proper techniques of stretches, exercises, and movements of the shoulders. In addition, she also provided recommendations to help with maintenance of the shoulders in order to avoid any future problems with pain, discomfort, and injury. I am so very grateful!"
